Due to a change in his professional activity, Mr. François Gabella expressed the wish to resign from the Board of Tornos Holding SA. This resignation will be effective at the end of the Ordinary General Assembly of Tornos Holding SA, on the 13th of April, 2010.
The Board thanks Mr. François Gabella for his contribution to the Tornos Group. The Board will not propose to appoint a new member at the General Assembly of the 13th of April. This position will remain open during the new business year.
